A. The first time appointment:
– General Examination / Checkup
– Scan 3D
– Taking CT Cone Beam 3D X-ray: During this appointment, you will have a CB CT 3D scan (at our facility) so that our specialist could assess the bone quality, locate the sinus cavity, nerve canals and select the right implants of the surgery.
– Take photo and Design: Make frame temporary teeth and make surgical guide tray (If needed)
B. The second time appointment:
– Implant placement surgery, with teeth removal and bone graft if needed only in one appointment.
– Take impression for temporary prosthesis, the technique would vary depending on the type of prosthesis.
C. The 3rd time appointment: (After second appointment 24-48 Hours)
– Fix frame teeth temporary (Prosthesis fixed)
– Install the temporary prosthesis, if needed can adjustment in several appointments and final checkup.
D. The 4th time appointment: (After 3 – 6 months depending on each case)
– Take CT Cone Beam X-rays and check the implants
– Take impression for fixed prosthesis or Scan
– Install permanent prosthesis(After take impression 5-7 days) and adjustment.
– Re-examination and final check up.
NOTE: In some cases of patient, if dentist checkup and 3D Xray are assessed, if the bones are good, the body is healthy and all factors are responsive to surgery, implant placement surgery can be performed at the first appointment.
